The Ikos property management is one of the best management companies I've rented from. They have created an atmosphere of respect by acting with complete professionalism, being kind and honest. One thing I appreciate the most is their communication skills. They respond as quickly as they can and it shows that they are there to help with whatever it may be. The apartments have a great layout. They are spacious with three floors, two good size bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large living area and kitchen, there is also a large unfinished basement for storage. The Ikos property management takes pride in their apartments and puts their time and effort into each individual unit. I highly recommend The Ikos property management apartments.

The Ikos property management team are always willing to go out of their way to best accommodate their tenants, are always present around the complex throughout the day, and are very reachable when not around. The new renovations; upgrading the exteriors and remodeling the interiors, have made the apartments look as homey as they feel. It’s close proximity to campus and walking distance to downtown and Orono House of Pizza make this location a desired place to live.

I am so happy I decided to live here for my last year at UMaine and I wish I signed a lease sooner. The apartments are so spacious with two floors and a basement, and the rent is very affordable for the space we are given. It really feels like a home with my own parking spot out front, lawn space, and cozy, clean living areas. The landlords at this apartment complex are always friendly and very prompt when replying to emails or texts regarding the apartments. If I wasn't graduating, I definitely would have resigned my lease!

The Ikos property management were always very attentive. There was fast communication and when a problem arose, they were fast with communication and problem solving! They came over the same day to come check the problem and checked in as the weeks went by. I highly recommend them as landlords and had a great experience with them.

I have loved living at The Ikos apartments for the past two years! It’s a super convenient location for all college students because of how close it is to OHOP and campus! I have not had ANY trouble of getting into contact with Kelly. One of my favorite features of The Ikos property management is being able to have my own room, but also getting to hangout with friends in our huge living room! I also LOVE coming home everyday to my very own parking spot!!
