We want your move in & move out experience to be smooth, organized, and stress-free. Please review the guidelines below to help ensure everything goes as planned.


Move-In Information

Before You Move In

  • All lease documents must be signed prior to your move-in date.
  • Security deposit and first month’s rent must be paid in full.
  • Utilities will need to be set up in your name before arrival.

Move-In Day

  • Keys will be provided once all requirements are completed.
  • A Move-in Inspection report will be provided to all tenants for documentation purposes.
  • Please review and confirm the inspection report to avoid any future discrepancies.

Getting Settled

  • Access your tenant portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.
  • Report any concerns on your Move-In inspection report immediately.

Move-Out Information

Move-Out Time and Early Move-out Notice

  • Residents must be fully moved out by 8:00 AM on the final day of the lease term.
  • If you plan to move out before your lease end date, please notify the office by email with your intended move-out date.

Preparing for Move-Out

  • Remove all personal belongings and trash from the property. Do not leave trash curbside.
  • All residents will be provided with the move-out cleaning checklist that was included with their lease agreement.
  • Repair any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Final Inspection

  • A move-out inspection will be conducted after you vacate the property.
  • The condition will be compared to the original move-in report.

Keys & Access

All entrance and mailbox keys must be returned at move-out. Keys may be returned in one of the following ways:

  • Dropped off during office hours in a secure, labeled envelope
  • Placed in the secure drop box located at the front office door after hours in a secure, labeled envelope
  • Left on the apartment countertop before vacating

Security Deposit Returns

Please provide the office with your forwarding mailing address. Security deposits will be mailed within 30 days to the designated individual listed on the lease agreement.


Helpful Tips

  • Utilities & Mail Forwarding: Remember to contact your internet provider and Versant Power to disconnect services effective on your lease end date. Please also contact the post office to have your mail forwarded to your new address.
  • Schedule your move early to avoid last-minute stress.
  • Keep copies of all documents and communications.
