The new renovations; upgrading the exteriors and remodeling the interiors, have made the apartments look as homey as they feel. I am so happy I decided to live here for my last year at UMaine and I wish I signed a lease sooner. The apartments are so spacious with two floors and a basement, and the rent is very affordable for the space we are given. It really feels like a home with my own parking spot out front, lawn space, and cozy, clean living areas. The landlords at this apartment complex are always friendly and very prompt when replying to emails or texts regarding the apartments. If I wasn't graduating, I definitely would have resigned my lease!
