The Ikos property management is one of the best management companies I've rented from. They have created an atmosphere of respect by acting with complete professionalism, being kind and honest. One thing I appreciate the most is their communication skills. They respond as quickly as they can and it shows that they are there to help with whatever it may be. The apartments have a great layout. They are spacious with three floors, two good size bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large living area and kitchen, there is also a large unfinished basement for storage. I am so happy I decided to live here for my last year at UMaine and I wish I signed a lease sooner. The apartments are so spacious with two floors and a basement, and the rent is very affordable for the space we are given. It really feels like a home with my own parking spot out front, lawn space, and cozy, clean living areas. The landlords at this apartment complex are always friendly and very prompt when replying to emails or texts regarding the apartments. If I wasn't graduating, I definitely would have resigned my lease!
