They are spacious with three floors, two good size bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large living area and kitchen, there is also a large unfinished basement for storage. The Ikos property management team are always willing to go out of their way to best accommodate their tenants, are always present around the complex throughout the day, and are very reachable when not around. The new renovations; upgrading the exteriors and remodeling the interiors, have made the apartments look as homey as they feel. I am so happy I decided to live here for my last year at UMaine and I wish I signed a lease sooner. The apartments are so spacious with two floors and a basement, and the rent is very affordable for the space we are given. It really feels like a home with my own parking spot out front, lawn space, and cozy, clean living areas. The landlords at this apartment complex are always friendly and very prompt when replying to emails or texts regarding the apartments. If I wasn't graduating, I definitely would have resigned my lease!

I have loved living at The Ikos apartments for the past two years! It’s a super convenient location for all college students because of how close it is to OHOP and campus! I have not had ANY trouble of getting into contact with Kelly.
